- Your submission(s) should not infringe on any rights, must be original and your own creation and also be free of the rights of any third parties.
- By sending the submission you also accept that Gameforge 4D GmbH (hereafter: 'Gameforge') can and may present them on Gameforge internet sites (http://en.elsword.gameforge.com, http://en.gameforge.com/) as well as on Gameforge associated social media sites (https://www.facebook.com/ElswordEurope, https://twitter.com/Elsword_de) and you permit Gameforge a free right of use that is not limited in duration, not exclusive and that permits the transferable right of reproduction and editing.- You also accept that, in the instance of your submission being published, the nickname you have provided will be displayed alongside the submission and that this is sufficient as an acknowledgement of your authorship.
